Shipping Policy - SoloTrek

At SoloTrek, we are committed to ensuring your orders are delivered promptly and securely. Below is our shipping policy, including fulfillment times, delivery expectations, and general guidelines.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-7 business days.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you of any delays.

2. Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. Below are the estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Shipping (within the U.S.): 2–5 business days after fulfillment.
  • International Shipping: 5–20 business days after fulfillment, depending on the destination and customs processing times.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of the order, and the selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions may apply during specific campaigns.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.


5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the buyer's responsibility.
  • SoloTrek is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to the following:

  • Unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier issues, or customs clearance.
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided during checkout.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund if necessary.
  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at mail@solotrek.shop with photos of the damaged items, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Incorrect Address

If an incorrect shipping address is provided, please contact us immediately at mail@solotrek.shop. While we will do our best to update the address, we cannot guarantee changes after the order has been processed.
